Dominique Surel is a Senior Partner and addresses clients’ team building and coaching needs and complements search initiatives with corporate culture audits and organizational assessment. Prior to joining ASCS, Dominique served as President of CSA Group, Inc., based in Denver. She offers service differentiation on a global level and her clients have included CH2MHill, Kingman International, and the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Since acquiring her doctoral degree she has created a methodology for Predictive Decision-Making to train executives on how to better use the brain and develop a powerful competitive advantage. Predictive Decision-Making enhances the skills of forecasting, anticipating change, clarity of thought, and creativity.

During the 1990s, she was Research Director for DDH Consultants Ltd., based in Paris and specializing in global corporate positioning. Her clients included Arthur Andersen, Dow Corning, Dow Europe, Cap Gemini, Royal Ascot, Gillette, British Telecom, Gaz de France and London City Airport. The breadth of her portfolio extended to senior project leadership in French and English speaking countries from scope definition to delivery.

Dominique has gained over 20 years’ experience in international marketing strategy, image/branding and global corporate positioning. Her international business experience includes working at Harvard University where she was the Coordinator for the Program on Negotiation. Other achievements include writing business supplements throughout Europe for the International Herald Tribune and other publications. She has created and delivered workshops internationally in Team Building, Strategy Buy-Ins and Change Management. Dominique is a specialist in organizational culture problem solving and a future trends analyst for specific industry sectors.

Dominique holds a BA in International Relations from Regis College, Boston; an MBA from Webster University, London, UK; and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix, USA.
